The Flagship

The Agile Innovation Factory

The structured system for change at every scale — from continuous improvement to transformation.

The factory is the complete solution: a structured and operated system of change, delivered as software, method, and operations engineered as one system. Signal enters at the front — from your workforce, your data, your mission. Deployed capability comes out the back. Everything between is engineered, governed, and run to a cadence.

Two systems, one continuous flow.

Strategy · Framework · GovernanceThe whole factory is designed, implemented, and matured against the Innovation Program Handbook (IPH) — the blueprint it is built to.
Pipeline Management
Ingest Refine Evaluate Prioritize Select

The front end of the factory. Submissions enter here — volume in, signal out. Runs on your pipeline platform or on CrowdVector, with Innovation IQ (iiQ) supplying the evidence that separates signal from noise.

Portfolio Management

The back end. Selected work hands off here — capability built, tracked, and sustained. Runs on your portfolio platform or on Pivotal Innovator, governed by the Innovation Program Operating System (ipOS), with iiQ still supplying the evidence.

Operate Sustain Modify / Adjust

The foundation under both: the AIF Playbook and Navigator Support — the doctrine and the operating team that keep the factory a living system, not a delivered binder.

Intake Engine

Pipeline Management

The factory's system of record for what could be better. Every input — human, API, dataset — lands in one place, triaged through workflow gates instead of scattered across inboxes and silos. Bring your own platform, or deploy CrowdVector, the platform we recommend, configure, and operate.

Validation Brain

Innovation IQ (iiQ)

The science that replaces opinion. An agile validation framework — is it real, can we win, is it worth it — scored against the quality of the evidence, AI-enabled, deployed with its own app. iiQ manages risk where it's cheapest to manage: early.

Unlabel IP
Governance Logic

Innovation Program Operating System (ipOS)

The factory's production control. Funding is metered against evidence milestones — resources release when the evidence clears the gate, not when the loudest advocate wins the meeting. Investment, decoupled from advocacy.

Portfolio Management

Leadership's single pane of glass: strategic alignment, portfolio health, and KPIs in real time, with every tactical effort cascading back to a named priority. We work cleanly with the portfolio tool you already run; Pivotal Innovator is the platform we deploy when you need more.

Strategic Blueprint

Innovation Program Handbook (IPH)

The maturity model the factory is built and measured against — people, roles, and culture, not just tools and process. The diagnostic that starts every engagement and the blueprint that guides the build.

Unlabel IP
Operations & Sustainment

The AIF Playbook + Navigator Support

The operations manual: doctrine, standard operating procedures, and training — the frameworks and principles behind running the factory. Behind it, the Navigator Support Model — an always-on operating team supplying continuity, surge capacity, and expertise reinforced across every factory we run.

Three ways in. One system underneath.

Assess

Start with the blueprint: an Innovation Program Handbook assessment of the system you have — where it's strong, where it leaks, and what to fix first.

Install

Deploy the factory — whole, or one component at a time — configured to your platforms, your governance, your mission.

Operate

We run the factory with you, at the level your staffing and skills require — from lead to overwatch.

The same factory, accredited.

Accredited & Government

The Agile Innovation Factory runs in accredited government environments: IL4-authorized pipeline, deployed under DoD contract, delivered as COTS with an SBIR Phase III pathway that de-risks acquisition. The execution roadmap is six months from award to government-led operations — deployment and configuration, training and certification, then operational handoff, with Unlabel moving from lead to overwatch.

Acquisition specifics — vehicles, accreditations, timelines — are a briefing, not a webpage. Ask for it.

Not installed. Not consulted. Operated.

The factory is not a deliverable. It is an operating capability — installed in your organization, run to a cadence, and improved every cycle. The next step is a conversation: 90 minutes with your leadership, mapping your system of change to ours.
