Privacy Policy
The short version. This site is built to be read, not to track its readers. There are no accounts, no logins, no advertising, and no sale of data. The site collects personal information in exactly two places — the contact form and the information request form, when a visitor chooses to send a note — and uses a standard analytics tool to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used. The details follow.
This website is operated by Unlabel Innovation LLC ("we"). Questions about this policy can be sent through the information request form.
The forms. The site has two forms, and each collects only what a visitor chooses to send. The contact form (for starting a conversation or booking a working session) collects name, organization, role, email address, which conversation is being requested, and a message. The information request form (for general questions and data requests) collects name, email address, and a message. We use submissions for one purpose — responding — and we keep them as ordinary business correspondence. Both forms are transmitted and processed by Formspree, our service provider for form delivery, and forwarded to us by email; we do not load submissions into a marketing database. We do not add form submitters to marketing lists, and we do not sell or share this information for advertising.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage in aggregate: which pages are visited, for how long, from what kind of device and browser, and the approximate (city-level) location derived from a visitor's IP address. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. We have not enabled advertising features, ad personalization, or Google Signals; we use analytics to make the site better, not to build profiles. Analytics event data is retained for 14 months. Google processes this data as our service provider; Google's own privacy documentation describes its handling at policies.google.com.
Server logs. Like nearly every website, our hosting provider (DigitalOcean) maintains standard technical logs — IP addresses, request timestamps, pages requested — for security and operations.
Local preferences. The site stores a display preference (light or dark theme) in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and identifies nothing.
No accounts or logins. No advertising or ad networks. No sale of personal information, and no sharing of it for cross-context advertising. No marketing lists built from form submissions. No tracking beyond the analytics described above.
The limited providers that touch site data, each acting on our instructions: Google (analytics), Formspree (form delivery for both site forms), and DigitalOcean (hosting). We do not otherwise disclose personal information unless required by law or necessary to protect our legal rights.
Cookies can be blocked or cleared in any browser, and the site works fully without them. Google offers a browser add-on that opts out of Google Analytics across the web (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). A visitor who has written to us may ask what we hold from their correspondence, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — through the information request form — and we will honor the request unless we have a legal reason to retain it.
This site is written for organizational leaders and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
This site is operated from the United States and information collected through it is processed in the United States.
If this policy changes, the change will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top of the page.
